Yuva is the digital studio of Bee Bosnak, offering guided practices for nervous system regulation at joinyuva.com and in the Yuva apps. This policy describes what we collect from members and visitors, and how it is used. Corporate programs (Yuva For Teams and Yuva In Residence) carry their own notice on those pages.
Account details: your name, email address, and password when you create a membership. Payment: your card is processed by our platform's payment provider; Yuva does not see or store full card numbers. Practice activity: like any streaming service, the platform records which practices you play and how far you watch, which powers your continue-watching, favorites, and our understanding of what serves members. Messages: what you send us by email or through the site. Device basics: the platform logs standard technical data such as browser type and approximate region, used for security and performance.
To run your membership: sign-in, billing, receipts, and support. To operate and improve the studio: engagement is reviewed in aggregate to decide what to produce next and to keep the library worth returning to. To write to you: transactional email about your account, and studio emails such as new practices and letters from Bee, which you can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in every message. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
The platform uses cookies that keep you signed in and remember playback, plus basic analytics. You can control cookies in your browser settings; the studio works with the essential ones.
The studio runs on a membership platform that provides hosting, streaming, accounts, and checkout; payments are handled by its payment processor; email is delivered by an email service; media is served by a content delivery network. These providers process data on our behalf to run the service, under their own security commitments.
Account data is kept while your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterward for business records and legal requirements. If you cancel, your account can remain so you can return; if you want it gone, tell us and we will delete it.
You can update your details in account settings, unsubscribe from studio emails at any time, and ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law; write to us and we will honor them.
The studio is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
